Guidelines for Authors

Please submit the paper between 1500-2500 words (excluding references). Paper should cover the following, Purpose of the study (including Research Gaps, Research Problem, and Objective of the Study), Research Methodology, Major findings, Theoretical and Managerial Implications, and Key references. The author(s) should also mention the track of the conference under which paper is to be included. Papers will be subjected to a blind peer review process. Reviewers will judge manuscripts on the basis of the general quality, the clarity of presentation within the paper, and the contribution to the understanding of the selected topic.

Formatting of the Paper should adhere to the following:

• Length: 1500-2500 words (excluding references)
• Margins: 2.5 cm.
• Font: Times New Roman, 12 point
• Spacing: 1.5
• Cover page: Title, Author(s), Track, Affiliation(s), Contact details
• Key words: 4-6
• The entire paper submission (title page, abstract, main text, figures, graphs, tables, references, etc.) must be in ONE document.
• Figures, graphs, tables, appendices, and references should follow the American Psychological Association (APA) Style Guide.
