Biography

Dr. Ruby Sangar, currently working with JBS Noida, has over 10 years of experience in teaching and research. She completed her Ph.D. in OB and HRM from IIT Roorkee. She has worked with reputed educational universities like Symbiosis International University, Noida Campus as Area Chair – HR, BML Munjal University (A Hero Group Initiative), Amity University etc prior to joining JBS.  She is currently involved in a research project and has also been guiding 5 research scholars including both national and international scholars. She has conducted many MDP’s in organizations like Ambuja Cements, Asahi India, Jubilant Life Sciences, Godrej etc. She is a keen academician and researcher who keeps herself involved in writing research papers in journals of repute (Scopus indexed, Ranked in ABDC, WoS, SSCI etc.). Also, she is a reviewer of many renowned journals like Journal of Managerial Psychology (ABDC-A), Journal of Organizational Analysis (ABDC-B) etc.
