In addition to accommodating the emperors and their households, it was the ceremonial and political centre of Mughal government and the setting for events critically impacting the region

The Taj Mahal is a Symbol of Love in India. Created by Emperor Shah Jehan, the Taj is one of the wonders of the world. A crown of India's architectural mastery, the Taj , decked up in its marble white splendour is an important visiting place for all International travellers.
