JBS conducted a 3 day workshop on Business Communication from 7th October to 9th October,2021.
Day 1: The speaker for the day was Prof. Dr. Neerja Pandey (former director JBS) and currently Professor IIM Lucknow-Noida campus. She gave an overview on the effectiveness of professional communication. She also touched the core of the evolution of communication skills during the years and especially Covid time as virtual communication has become a new normal nowadays.
