Fee Structure

The total Institutional fee for the 3-year BBA program for batch 2020-23 is Rs. 4.5 lacs i.e. Rs. 1.5 lacs per annum.

  • Hostel Charges are Rs.135000/- per annum and is subject to change from time to time. Opting for hostel is not compulsory.
  • If you do not register on the specified date in 1st semester, you will have no claim on the seat.

Refund Policy

If a student leaves the program, fee shall be refunded as per UGC D.O Letter no. 1-3/2007(CPP-II) dated 02 November 2018 as below:

5 00% More than 30 days after formally notified last date of admission.

Last date of admission is 15 August 2020.

* (Inclusive of programme fee (Tuition Fee+Development Fee) but exclusive of caution money /security deposit
** 5% of the aggregate fee (Tuition Fee+Development Fee) from the refundable amount shall be deducted as processing charges, subject to maximum of Rs. 5000/-(For admission under General Category) or $71 (For admission under NRI Category) as the case may be.

Refund of Hostel Charges

  • Till the date of Registration, a candidate is entitled for full refund of advance of hostel charges, provided the student does not occupy the hostel in advance.
  • From the date of Registration for the program and having paid the balance hostel charges, the amount shall be refunded on pro-rata monthly basis, even if student has not occupied the hostel or not taken the key to the room.
  • For calculation of pro-rata deduction/refund, Semester shall be counted of 5 months duration (The hostel charges are applicable for 5 months only ) and deduction shall be made on per month basis, even if hostel is occupied for part of a month i.e a single day only
  • If registered (once allocated, and not even occupied), the hostel shall deemed to be vacated only after taking clearance from the Administrative Manager.
